To keep our community safe and constructive:
Treat others with kindness and respect.
No harassment, hate speech, spamming, or self-promotion.
Keep discussions focused on learning and collaboration.
Do not share other members’ private information or ideas outside the platform.
We reserve the right to remove, suspend, or ban any member at any time, for any reason — with or without prior notice.
8.5 Live Calls & Recordings
In plain English: Our live calls may be recorded for the community and training purposes.
We host live calls, workshops, and Q&A sessions as part of the Build Yard Labs experience. By joining these sessions, you agree that your voice, name, image, and comments may be recorded.
Recordings may be shared within the Build Yard Labs platform (for members who couldn’t attend) or used in anonymized form for educational or marketing purposes, as described in our Privacy Policy.
If you prefer not to appear, you may keep your camera off or avoid sharing identifiable information during the session.
9. Confidentiality & Community PRIVACY

We value the privacy and trust of our community. Members are expected to treat all discussions, shared experiences, business ideas, and feedback posted inside Build Yard Labs as confidential. You may not copy, record, or distribute another member’s content, conversations, or ideas outside the community without their express permission.
To celebrate our members’ progress and highlight the community experience, PHUELED LLC may occasionally capture screenshots or short excerpts from community discussions, posts, or events for use in marketing, testimonials, or educational examples.
When doing so:
We will remove or obscure personal information, business names, or identifiable details unless we have your written consent.
We will never share proprietary business ideas, strategies, or confidential materials without explicit permission.
Participation in Build Yard Labs constitutes consent for this limited, good-faith use, provided it complies with the safeguards above.
Our goal is to inspire future members while maintaining full respect for your privacy and the integrity of our community.
10. Payments, Subscriptions & Trials
In plain English: Billing starts after your trial, and plans renew automatically unless canceled.
Your 7-day trial (or other promotional trial period, if applicable) begins on the day you sign up.
Once your trial ends, your chosen plan will automatically begin and charge according to the billing interval you selected at checkout — whether monthly, bi-monthly, semi-annual, or annual.
You can cancel anytime before your next renewal to avoid future charges.
If you cancel, your access will continue through the end of your current billing cycle, and no additional charges will be made after that cycle ends.
Cancellations take effect at the end of your active billing period — access is not prorated or refunded mid-cycle.
After the trial period ends, all payments are non-refundable.
Different billing options or trial durations may be offered from time to time, and the details will always be clearly displayed at checkout.
11. User-Generated Content
In plain English: You own your posts, but we can display them.
You retain ownership of the content you post in the Build Yard Labs community.
By posting, you grant PHUELED LLC a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display, share, and maintain your content within the community — even if your account is suspended or deleted.
We do not claim ownership of your intellectual property; we only need permission to keep it visible within discussions.
12. Prohibited Uses
In plain English: Don’t break the law or the platform.
You agree not to:
Use the platform for illegal, harmful, or defamatory activity
Upload malicious software or spam
Copy or exploit any part of the service for commercial purposes
Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or scrape our site or members’ information

PHUELED LLC reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.
If your access is terminated, you’ll lose entry to the platform and all associated materials. Any licenses granted to you will immediately end.
